There is no air conditioning. We were on the top floor. Did not like the check in process, seeing how most people arrive to Hawaii on later afternoon flights and so the office was closed. The area its located in is busy and noisy. No beach access and pool is tiny.

The hotel charged me extra for hospitality fees of various sorts. About 200 dollars worth. So it was not as Expedia advertised- all taxes and fees included. Beware this felt like very common practice there. And once you arrive in Maui and drive there, you're basically at their mercy. It was a shame because I really liked the hotel other than that. But that was not cool
